How to Register

How to Register:

**Please don't use the Back button on your browser or the backspace/return key to exit a page.  Use the menu on the right side of the screen to navigate your Account.**

I’m new to FireFit

I’ve competed with FireFit before and already know my login email and password.

I’ve competed with FireFit before but when I try to enter my email and password I get an error.

FireFit User Registration:

Create a Competitor Account by entering your Email, First Name, Last Name and creating a password. 

Once a Competitor Account is created you will receive an activation email (don’t forget to check your junk mail folder), you must click on the activation link to confirm and activate your account.  Once activated you will be able to log into the FireFit User Admin pages and complete your profile information.

All team members must also create and complete their Competitor Account in order to register to compete at a FireFit Event.

Step 3 - Register for an Event

Create a New Competitor Account

Login to the FireFit User Admin Dashboard,

Confirm/complete the information in Step 1 – my Competitor Profile and Step 2 – my Health Questionnaire

All team members must also create/update their Competitor Account in order to register to compete at a FireFit Event.

Step 3 – Register for an Event

Login to your Competitor Account

Competitors who are Over 60 AND / OR Retired need to be medically cleared by their Dr.  The form can be downloaded from the link below.  Please have it completed by your Dr., signed and stamped and then forwarded to the FireFit office via email.

I’ve competed with FireFit before but when I try to enter my email and password I get an error. 

Try the Forgot/Lost your password option Forgot/Lost Password

I tried the Forgot Password but I got this error “The email that you entered was not found, please try again.”  It’s possible that you’re previous Competitor Account was lost when we recreated the Registration System please contact FireFit to verify before creating another Competitor Account. Contact admin@firefit.com with your First Name, Last Name and Department to check the status of your Competitor Account.

Event Registration:

*Each member of your Team must have created/updated a Competitor Account.  Click Here for instructions on How to Create a Competitor Account.

Login to your Competitor Account and go to Step 3 – Event Registration, follow the Event Registratons link

Choose New Event Registration

Step 1 – Pick FireFit User: choose the department member you want to register, only competitors who have completed their Profile and Health Questionnaire will appear on this list.

Step 2 – Select FireFit Competition: the location and date where you plan to compete

Step 3 – Select FireFit Event: Are you competing as a Team, Relay, Tec2 or Individual

Step 4 – Team Name:  Enter your team name.  Individuals may also add a sponsor name in this step.

Complete the registration with the red Register button

Use the Yellow QuickAdd box to add the remaining members of your team

Team members can also be added using the green Add to - ... button

Repeat the above steps for any additional Teams, Relays, Tec2 and Individuals you want to register

Add to Cart – Add your completed registrations to the cart (You can add multiple registrations to the cart and pay in bulk or you can add and pay for them separately)

Once you finished Adding to Cart and all your registrations are correct use the red CheckOut All in Cart button

Now you have an invoice with the total cost, to finalize your registrations click the red CheckOut and Pay this Invoice button

Select your payment type Visa, MasterCard or Purchase Order/Cheque, enter your payment information and hit the blue Submit Payment button. 

You will receive an email confirming your registration details.  Payment processing can take up to 3 business days after which you will receive an email confirming that your payment has been completed.

Invoices can be printed from the My Invoices area

Inscription à une compétition:

*Tous les membres de l’équipe doivent avoir créé ou mis à jour leur profil de compétiteur. Cliquez ici pour plus de précisions sur comment créer un compte de compétiteur

Entrez sur votre profil de compétiteur et allez à l’étape 3 – « Event Registration » suivez le lien « Event Registration »

Choisissez  New Event Registration

Étape 1 – « Pick FireFit User » : sélectionnez le département que vous voulez inscrire (seules les personnes ayant complété leur profil et le questionnaire santé seront listées)

Étape 2 – « Select FireFit Competition » : choisissez la date et le lieu de la compétition à laquelle vous prévoyez participer

Étape 3 – « Select FireFit Event » : précisez ici si vous participerez en tant qu’équipe, au relais, au Tec2 ou individuellement

Étape 4 – « Team Name » : entrez ici le nom de l’équipe. Si vous participez en votre nom personnel, vous pouvez ajouter un commanditaire.

Complétez votre inscription en cliquant sur  Register

Cliquez sur  QuickAdd pour ajouter d’autres membres à l’équipe

Les autres membres de l’équipe peuvent également s’ajouter à l’inscription en cliquant sur  Add to - ...

Reprendre les étapes 1 à 4 si vous voulez inscrire d’autres équipes, relais, Tec2 ou compétiteurs

« Add to Cart » – ajoutez vos inscriptions complétées à votre panier d’achats (vous pouvez les ajouter au panier et les payer en vrac ou les ajouter et les payer séparément)

Une fois vos inscriptions correctement complétées et ajoutées à votre panier, cliquez sur  CheckOut All in Cart

Vous aurez alors une facture montrant le total des coûts – afin de finaliser votre (vos) inscription(s), cliquez sur  CheckOut and Pay this Invoice

Sélectionnez votre méthode de paiement (Visa, MasterCard ou « Purchase Order/Cheque »), entrez les informations demandées et cliquez sur  Submit Payment

Vous recevrez un courriel confirmant votre inscription ainsi que les détails de cette dernière. Le paiement peut toutefois prendre jusqu’à trois jours ouvrables après quoi vous recevrez un autre courriel confirmant le paiement de votre (vos) inscription(s).

Les factures peuvent être imprimées via l’onglet « My Invoices »
